  While technically competent project management and engineering experts are the key elements to a successful project, there are other personnel that are needed as well. Inspectors and inspector aides also play a role in the project process. vta has begun to branch out in providing entry level inspector aides and CTQP qualified inspectors to our prime CEI clients who give us this opportunity.  We are happy to take a small support role, helping you achieve your voluntary DBE commitments, as we learn and grow in the engineering side of the business.
