valerie tutor & associates, inc. is a small consulting firm specializing in partnering and public information as well as acting as a sub-consultant to larger CEI firms in the transportation design and construction industry.  We provide RCS specialists, associate contract support specialists, contract support specialists, inspectors and inspector aides.  Other services include management and leadership coaching, training and human resource services for client companies. vta is a Florida certified M.B.E. and a FDOT certified D.B.E. working primarily in the transportation industry in Florida.  Additionally, we provide services for various state and local governments and private industry clients. 



vta will design personalized approaches to the challenges our clients bring to us -whether it be partnering, providing public information, coaching business teams, designing specific training opportunities, counseling a firm on human resource issues and solutions, or placing quality office or inspection project personnel. We look at each interaction with our clients as a new chance to serve them in an unique way that will leave a positive impression and build a long lasting relationship.

 WE MOVED!!!

VTA has moved their offices after 12 years!  After many years in the central Florida area, we are now located in sunny southwest Florida on the island of Sanibel!  VTA will still offer the same client based consulting, facilitation and CEI services throughout Florida - we will just be based further south.  Our CEI staff remains located in several districts.  Valerie and her faithful Yukon XL will continue to drive anywhere in Florida to assist all our wonderful clients and friends!
